Formosa Brewing Beer - Mountain Pepper Wheat (in 33cl bottle - 5% Alc.)

A white beer (beer brewed with barley malt but also wheat, the main characteristic of so-called “white” beer) in which Taiwan pepper is infused. It is a very particular pepper that is only found in the Taiwanese mountains, inland.
In terms of taste we are on a light white beer with citrus notes really very close to lemongrass thanks to this famous pepper which is very very fragrant and particularly intense. There are also small notes of bananas, cloves, lemon, etc.

二重奏-山胡椒小麥啤酒 - 玻璃瓶裝 330ml / 酒精濃度5%

馬告)氣相當適合與具有果香味的德國傳統小麥搭配，山胡椒與小麥就如同二重奏般譜出自然和諧優雅的美味。
香蕉、檸檬、丁香、香茅、胡椒及薑的香氣迭然呈現，口感清爽暢快，尾韻悠長回甘。
